In 1948, the Pennsylvania based Pittsburgh Die and Casting Company saw a need for hand wheels to supply the many valve and control manufacturers located throughout the Keystone State. This need prompted them to design, manufacture and sell their own line of quality hand wheels.
Seventy years later, in 2018, Apogee Precision Finishing Services LLC, continues the tradition of supplying hand wheels of the same quality and value, still manufactured in the USA. Apogee still stocks hand wheels in all the standard stem port sizes for immediate shipment. Like PDCCO, Apogee provides all sizes of hand wheels designed with your custom sized stem port.
