What challenge were you trying to address with Apex AI?

We needed help testing an inbox and admin management tool.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We needed a tool to manage our inbox while driving, so it needed to be voice-activated and linked to our inbox, calendar, and to-do list. The main insight was that when I was in meetings or traveling on the road, I wanted an app with a voice activation function that could perform actions.

Apex AI's thought process and outcome were great. When driving, I could add tasks to my to-do list and have one system that went across everything.

I’m the director of IT4SME, an IT company. We provide high-performance, GPU-accelerated virtual desktops and secure access to SaaS and web applications using our enterprise browser built specifically for businesses.

I wanted to learn and implement AI for my business fast without having to spend hours researching and learning on my own.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Apex AI has designed, developed, and implemented two websites for my businesses. We’re also in the middle of building a customized CRM platform for my businesses. The build of the CRM platform is currently in progress, and we expect delivery within a week.

My company works with  hospo and retail clients doing one specific thing... finding more profit - I know this sounds like an obvious goal but in my experience less than 10% of micro, small and medium businesses have visibility around if they are actually making money on a daily, weekly and monthly basis -  what I implement is laughably simple and it's exactly the same for $10k revenue per week businesses right up to $25 million per year revenue companies.
I simply take the data they already have and present it in a way that lets them predictively see what is happening in their business before it happens... giving them the tools to tweak labour, cogs etc to generate an extra 3-10% net profit. I can only work with 8 or so clients at any one time. 
apex have helped me systemise this - turn my SOPs in to a software product that can be used by thousands of businesses instead of 8. Dramatically decreasing the cost for each client and exposing pretty much any customer facing business to a proven profit increasing model

Very simple... I can now attract vastly more clients and therefore my business can scale in orders of magnitude

Easy question to answer - Apex AI developers are smart! Feel like business running partners and not just some bloke in an unknown country just executing your requests. They are invested, have opinions, drive the project like a proper consultant.

More visibility for me around the roadblocks I'm going to encounter
