We engaged AP Collective for two major growth moments at KGeN; our $30M funding round announcement and the launch of our rKGEN rewards token. Across both campaigns, they served as our Web3 marketing and go-to-market partner. 
Their scope included: 

1. Influencer & KOL marketing: They identified, vetted, and coordinated crypto influencers and content creators across Web3 gaming, DeFi, and airdrop communities to amplify our launches
2. Multi-chain campaign strategy: They helped us target audiences across multiple blockchain ecosystems to drive reach and ecosystem growth
3. Community growth and amplification: They coordinated with all relevant stakeholders across creators, communities, and partners to build organic momentum on Crypto Twitter 
4. Token launch execution: They supported us through fullscale campaign management for the rKGEN launch, targeting Web3-native audiences across multi-chain communities
5. Strategic Advisory: AP Collective's founder Abhi (Abhishek Pawa), served as our legion member, to provide strategic guidance on narrative positioning and messaging across broader crypto twitter

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Campaigns we worked with AP Collective delivered strong results, hype and virality across key growth moments: 

1. Our $30M total funding announcement campaign generated significant hype and buzz on X (Twitter) generating around 2.3M views eventually featured on the X (Twitter) Explore Page 
2. The rKGEN token launch campaign generated approximately 1.58M impressions across targeted Web3 audiences
3. Combined, our work together contributed to 100K+ growth across our X followers and KGeN platform users 
4. Beyond the numbers, the campaigns helped position KGeN as a recognized name across Crypto Twitter and the broader Web3 community

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their communication was responsive and practically available 24/7 throughout our campaigns. They kept us consistently informed during the buildup to launches, coordinated effectively across multiple stakeholders, and delivered on the campaign timelines we set. Most coordination happened over Telegram, and they were proactive about flagging opportunities and adjusting strategy as campaigns evolved. In terms of delivery and campaign managament, happy to inform they overdelivered and met our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of involvement by their founder was impressive. Abhi with his team didn't just oversee the work, he actively engaged and contributed his own strategic input throughout the campaigns.

Beyond that, their genuine understanding of Crypto Twitter culture and Web3-native audiences set them apart from other marketing agencies. They had accesss to a wide range of influencers and communities and they knew which voices mattered, how to engage them, and how to time amplification for maximum impact.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AP Collective could have done differently?

Nothing major that affected outcomes. If anything one creator delivered a paid post where the content effort wasn't quite there, AP Collective should have disqualified their post and requested refund or a new post. Besides that 99% of the creators picked did a great job.
