What specific goals or objectives did you hire AONIDES to accomplish?

• Keep the platform continuously supported and compliant with Microsoft's lifecycle deadlines, without service interruptions and without increasing the monthly Azure bill.
• Give Zetes one governed analytics platform on Azure covering several of its supply chain service lines, instead of a separate reporting solution built and maintained for each.
• Make everything multi-tenant by design, so each country organisation and each of Zetes' own customers sees only its own data from a single shared codebase and data model.
• Follow the product as it evolves: when the underlying service platform changed, rebuild the analytics on the new architecture without losing history or interrupting the reporting.
• Move from 'build and hand over' to 'build and run': pipelines that load unattended, with monitoring, alerting and a known owner when something breaks.

Aonides has provided to Zetes a full view of BI & Big Data options in market as well as develop several models to analyze our businnes as internal tools or comercial solutions for customers.

More important peformance indicators in Zetes were developed by Aonides. 

Aonides developed end-to-end solutions, form ETL, data modelling, dashboards design, data quality to KPIs definition and improvement.

Aonides is continously researching new architecture and models for data and AI.

Aonides also has supported us testing edge technology for BI & Big Data, developing proof of concepts, validatin different scenariosn and helping to choose the best one.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The engagement has run continuously since 2021 and has grown from a single reporting project into five production data platforms, with each new workstream awarded after the previous one went live.

Aonides helps Zetes to accomplish their SLAs so they are efficient and a very quick response company for any request.

The flagship analytics platform has been rebuilt three times as the underlying service changed - event-driven functions, then a multi-tenant Microsoft Fabric build, then a rebuild on the new system's JSON event stream - each time without losing the reporting.

Adding a new country or tenant is now a configuration change, not a project: the newest country (~9,500 tickets) went live with one config change and one backfill run, on the same codebase that serves four country organisations.

The current pipeline detects schema drift in the source event stream automatically and pauses instead of loading corrupted data, with per-tenant schema versioning - a class of silent data-quality failure removed by design.

Scale in production: a 75-column fact table with 13 dimensions, 849 customer-name normalisation rules, and an analytics model of 72 measures over 35.6M rows of platform usage data.

Data outages are caught automatically: an alert is raised if no successful load completes within six hours, where a silent failure previously went unnoticed for days.

Platform lifecycle work completed with no downtime and no increase in the monthly bill: six production function apps moved to supported runtimes and drivers, and seven storage accounts migrated ahead of a Microsoft deadline.
