Privately owned and operated with headquarters in southwest Houston, AO Compactors was founded by Arwyn Osburn in partnership with Joe Swinbank, a longtime friend and colleague whose long tenure in the waste management and industrial services arenas already had an enviable record of success. Osburn’s own career in construction and mechanical/electrical repair has spanned more than 30 years and projects as diverse as troubleshooting difficult mechanical repairs at Spec’s to the design and implementation of key electrical systems at the South Texas Nuclear Project, and everything in between. He spent more than two decades as a service manager in waste equipment sales and service, expanding his knowledge of turnkey systems and honing his skills in all facets of industrial waste solutions before founding this company. Since 2014, AO Compactors has proudly served customers across Texas and the Gulf Coast with innovative waste handling solutions tailored to help businesses control and minimize waste, maintain cleaner and safer sites, and improve their bottom lines.
