Our product Automatis has reached the stage where we were ready to introduce the product to future users. To achieve this we needed branding and a website.

Studio Anthracite took on these tasks. Over the course of a month, they conducted the research and developed several concepts. After that they had a number of calls with us, and we picked the version that they developed creating high-fidelity prototypes and created UI-lit for developers. 

We liked that all decisions were based on research and our communication, which ensured there were no problems in the process of design and development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all, the speed of design development; as a startup, speed is important to us, and here Anthracite studio did not disappoint.

Transferring layouts to developers, as well as communication on their part. All this allowed us to quickly launch the product on all platforms.

To ensure that the project would go smoothly, we not only made calls, but also stayed in touch via chat. This allowed us to overcome the problem of time zones as we could always get an answer or respond without making calls or emails. So far, they met our needs and delivered items on time

I provided a digital archive of my paintings along with series descriptions and an Artist Manifesto. Anthracite was tasked with the following:

• Developing a meaningful concept for the site based on the Manifesto.
• Creating a visual concept that aligns with my artistic vision.
• Choosing a platform for the realization of the site.
• Designing the graphics for the site.
• Developing the pages (35) in two languages.
• Fully executing the technical implementation of the site.

Key deliverables: A fully functioning website connected to the domain, along with additional training for self-maintenance and updates.

New web-site was ready just in time for my exhibition, it was linked to on many social media platforms. That showed my portfolio very well. I got very good feedback and business offers as a result

The work was well-organized and structured. The communication was very professional and flawless, all questions were answered very quickly.  

The team was very creative and attentive to details, and the understanding and involvement in the topic was immediate.

Aside from the professionalism in web design, it was especially the exceptional conceptual power of Alex that made the project outstanding. He has a broad knowledge base and developed the site concept independently based on quantum mechanics. As a physicist with an experimental approach to art, Alex truly understood this unique aspect of my work and created an extraordinary visual solution that perfectly reflects my artistic vision. I had complete trust in Alex, and he fully delivered on the concept.

To boost lead generation on our website, we partnered with Anthracite Studio. They methodically divided the timeline into two phases: initial research, including a UX audit and JTBD analysis, and subsequent design iterations. Anthracite Studio conducted in-depth interviews with our customers and unbiased participants, pinpointing UX problems and crafting job stories. The insights translated into diverse design concepts and UX flows, rigorously tested for effectiveness. 

Following testing, Anthracite swiftly produced high-fidelity prototypes with adaptive elements and a clean and scalable UI-kit. Continuous communication with our developers ensured a smooth transfer of designs.

Through ongoing communication with our developers from Anthracite studio side, we significantly accelerated the development process, completing the website faster than we expected. Our early involvement in the process played a pivotal role in this efficiency. Following the website's development completion, we observed an improvement of 25% increase in our lead conversion rate. And we are committed to further increasing this conversion rate through ongoing refinement and testing
