We need a DevOps support for our platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our main criterion in choosing partners was their relationship with us and the service they provided very high quality.

We had a meeting with the team leader and discus the project in detail. Then the company forwarded to others on assignments.

We have a DevOps team with 3 team members

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the project just got done, it's too soon to give an answer. The main purpose of including it now, though, is to have the platform prepared for students when the business becomes more apparent in search results, which we anticipate happening by year's end. In essence, this was the last component needed to complete the platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The web developer met with us daily to update us on the project's status and to grill me on the platform's technical details. Throughout the course of the project, Slack was used to communicate and report progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was incredibly responsive and professional

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything is good for now
