I am Manager in Array Production company based in Kuala selangor. our company has 3 employee , we are small business entrepreneur and has vision to grow in future. we create photo and video for small company that want to grow

Our company operates mainly in photo and video , but we are not strong enough in marketing. we outsource Annaba Resources for their power in networking and event management.

How did you select Annaba Resources?

We see Annaba Resources has a good networking and relationship with their client. Their company very good in marketing , management the way dealing with client. They have good plan and purpose to help client to build a business.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Once we decided in collaboration with them. We started planning a video for the client. We discuss in detail about that video , pre-planning, script, shot list , scout location and schedule until final product.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They provided a three-person filming crew and one scripter. We worked together throughout the planning stages of the video. They worked alongside us to make sure the scripts represented company well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

outcome still in progress , we see some positive outcome and thats a good sign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager that they assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. Their team gave us clear idea of on video. They keep communicated with us to make sure the project run smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were blown away by the knowledge that this company had about planning and managing and even more so by their ideas. We learned more that we thought. They were good in handling situation, always keep on track.

Are there any areas for improvement?

we satisfied with their service , quality more important than speed for final product
