Jon & Animus team stayed extremely organized throughout our process- even when we threw new ideas out and asked many off-topic questions. Every person on Jon's team takes away action items from every conversation and sends follow-up directly on their progress. Many times, the issues they solved for our company were out of the ordinary and had to jump through many hoops to figure out (communicating with several 3rd party companies who had been involved in our marketing a decade ago)
