You configure nothing and hire nobody. One 30-minute discovery call, and within 24 hours you get a written estimate built from your own numbers: the workflows we would build, the hours each returns per week priced at your staff costs, the human approval points, the exact fee, and the payback week. The arithmetic is deliberately conservative: nothing is counted at 100 per cent automation, anything with an approval gate is counted at 75, and every figure is rounded down. If the numbers do not justify buying, the estimate says so and we tell you not to buy.

Founder pricing is £2,500 integration plus £995 per month, with new workflows included. The integration fee is guaranteed against the estimate: if the workflows miss its hours over your first 90 days, we refund it in full. The contract matches: three months, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
