Manifesto to combat the labor force crisis and age discrimination in employment. Social mobilization, born from the belief that educating the labor market, by directly addressing employers and candidates alike, can generate change! We consider such an action necessary, even imperative, because imbalances in the labor market can lead to an almost irreversible vulnerability of the entire country. Families, institutions, companies are being emptied one by one, until only the memory of a constant struggle of both employers and candidates will remain. For the first time in Romania, candidates 45+ are offered a voice and a platform!
