Had a kickoff meeting to get an understanding of the scope of the project and any questions they had for my project. They broke down key features into cards on Trello and segmented work to take on piece-by-piece. We worked on a 2-week sprint schedule and received timely updates and demos. Project made use of MERN stack, and hosted on Railway

Since the site is still new and I have to handle creating the curriculum, they did deliver the site a month faster than I was expecting and I appreciated them working on bugs for free afterward.

I mentioned 2-week sprints and demos, as well as constant communication via Discord. If they had any questions they could contact me directly at any time of day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to work with me to bring my site to reality. They surprised me with how easy they were to work with. This was my first experience hiring a company to develop an application for me so I was most impressed by how smooth the entire process went.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Towards the end of the project they offered to fix any remaining bugs for free, at first they worked diligently but as time went on they became harder to contact. Work still got done however, it would sometimes just be days between messages.

The amount of work was quite large in our opinion, but we have nothing to compare with, we first applied for software development services. The technologies were JavaScript and PHP.

I mainly communicated with the project manager and business analyst, and sometimes the designer and technical director also connected to clarify narrowly focused tasks

I am very satisfied with the services rendered to us, especially with the way the team was seriously involved in the project's business logic. I would also like to note the quality of maintenance and support after launch

All communications were on Discord. We have used agile project management methodologies for more "agile" development.

I liked that the guys were very active and energetic, probably due to the fact that the average age of the team is about 28 years old

I would like my and their working hours to coincide, but this is no one's fault and we were not prevented by the time difference for implementations

As I remember the scope was to create firstly attractive and user friendly UI and UX designs and then start a development process. For website development, I remember they used WordPress. For the mobile app, they used React Native. That's all I could remember about technologies.

The project manager, the main person I communicated with about what's going on with my project. There was also a designer and developer.

My website is not only place to watch my courses, but also where people can book personal training sessions with me, so it's been like a relief when people can book trainings directly on my website. It saves a lot of time and effort. Also raise of the traffic is not an exception.

Their project manager is a great guy. He had always been helping me while the development process, I mean he always explained every detail as clearly as possible. For communication purposes we used Telegram and Google Meet.

The task was to make the selling Landing Page with the maximum conversion rate, a stylish design in dark colors using my company's purple color, and 5 adaptive versions. Also the task was SEO optimization using contextual advertising (Yandex, Google). Tech Lead of Andromeda suggested to use WordPress and PHP for my project to save time and make simple but yet well optimized website.

First off, my friends and family were absolutely impressed by my new website what is wholesome and means a lot to me. Second, I at least could move from the internet services to my personal website so my clients can reach me out directly through the website. And numbers especially, the traffic raise was remarkable.

As I wrote in the second bar, we had 2 major goals in our scope. After the meetings, they delivered to us designs of our future website, which we approved and said us that they will develop our site on PHP language. We wasn't that picky by choosing the programming language.

I don't actually remember, but definitely there were 1 project manager, a designer and maybe 1 or 2 developers.

Our visitors could finally know more about us through our website what is absolutely an achievement. The raise of the traffic wasn't that huge, but we didn't expect that after the launch. But since the launch of the website we can observe monthly visitors increase which is insane and I'm really thankful for it to Andromeda.

Their project manager is absolutely good at what he does. He's so competent and well-oriented in his professional field. For the communication we used Slack and Zoom.

I was especially pleased when their CTO flew in from another city so we could visually explain our technological processes and put together an algorithm for our subsequent work. Their openness and help in making difficult decisions deserve respect.

At the beginning the platform development was on another team except of trading terminal. We met with Andromeda team at business forum, they showed us their wroks and we decided to proceed discussion on project. After couple of meetings, we liked this team and their passion in programming, and that's why we offered them a contract on terminal development after few days.

As I said above, In the first stage, only the terminal had to be developed, while the website was handled by another team. The terminal was successfully developed in its original form and gradually acquired functionality. Over time, it became clear that the site team was not doing a good enough job. After discussions, we took over the development of the site itself as well

When we only launched our platform, even after few days it showed result we were happy about. Andromeda helped us to implement a great product which we proud of.

The whole communication process was nice, our team really liked to talk with their project manager, and he's an expert in this field. I was also impressed how good they work on Scrum methodology. The tools we used for our communication: Slack, Zoom, Telegram.

In cases of emergency situations, the response was timely and everything was resolved as soon as possible. In my over 25 years of IT experience, I had not yet come across such a competent team.

Me myself a psychologist with over 15 years of experience. The essence of the business - the hourly rental of eight offices. I had to keep track of the number of people who paid for reservations, prepare tables in EXCEL files, personally communicate with each client and answer a huge number of questions about the operation of offices, cancellation andrescheduleof reservations, control revenues and expenses, track growth dynamics. It was not the easiest thing to do that's why I hired Andromeda team.

First I set to Andromeda the task of automating financial accounting and creating an interactive schedule with a personal account for her clients. But in the course of the project it was also decided to automate access to the offices by means of electronic code locks, which should be integrated into site system and issue an access code to specific people at the time they paid for it. This approach eliminated the issue of handing keys to offices through intermediaries.

The first is a convenience to our costumers and B2B sector to order our materials. Second is, at the moment, the site is doing well in SEO and has a good conversion rate, and this is the outcome we mostly dreamed about when we launched our website

The project management style of Andromeda team was on a high level. Their project manager was so amiable and fully understood what our team meant what is commendable. For the communication we used Slack, for the calls we used Google Meet.
