The work was carried out within the established time frame. The connection objectives triggered other movements on the server and all were attended to, suggested and implemented even though they were not within the scope of the contract. The staff was professional, patient, and efficient at all times.

Our client needed to have a closer relationship with their customers and allow them a more effortless, more complete, and friendly experience for their visits to the park and their hotels. So, we hired Ancient to develop a mobile app with various integrations.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to make the purchase of tickets and accommodation packages easier and keep track of who was buying what. With this, we wanted to attract more customers and increase ROI.

For the customers already inside the park, we needed to improve their experience by helping them know their location in the waterpark, what entertainment options they had in that area, and implementing the online purchase of food and beverages using the application.

Our first contact with Ancient was through a client in common, they were developing a massive system for our client, and we collaborated in its development. From that experience, we met their full potential, their work process and discovered that the collaboration with Ancient is friendly and efficient.

In our first meetings, we defined the objectives and all the needs of the project. We analyzed different solutions. Ancient made the architecture where the design and content teams collaborated with the UX and development team to present the initial prototype to the client.

There were several rounds of adjustments. Once the design was defined, Ancient took charge in the development phase, reviewing all the details directly with our client and ensuring that everything worked well both before and after launch the application.

What was the team composition?

On our side were several copywriters and designers. On the Ancient side was a large team of project managers for each area, information architects, UX / UI specialists, developers from different specialties, data analysts, and the QA team.

We don't have specific data (because our client is the one who has that information). Still, we know that the purchase of tickets and accommodation increased significantly and there is a greater consumption of food and beverages.

We were amazed at how well our teams work together. We usually have complicated processes when our designers work with developers because there is a point where suddenly they do not understand each other, and it takes more time to finish things. But with Ancient the opposite happens, things flow more straightforward, and they are always willing to propose better ways to implement our designs.

The comprehensive scope of their development and data analysis capabilities. They can develop any idea you have, and they will make it even better than you imagine.
