Functional Requirements
For Client (Individual / Consortium / Company)

• RF-001 - Client Registration and Login
The system must allow clients to register with email and password and/or social authentication (Google / Other).

• RF-002 - Service Request Creation
The client must be able to create a request indicating:
• Type of service required.
• Description.
• Location (address, city, province).
• Deadline for receiving quotes.
• Optional attachments (e.g., photos of the problem).

For Suppliers
• RF-006 - Supplier Registration and Login
The system must allow suppliers to register, submitting data about their company or activity (name, optional CUIT [tax ID], coverage area, services offered).

• RF-007 - Supplier Profile Creation and Editing
The supplier must be able to edit their profile, services offered, and coverage areas.

For Admins
• RF-011 - User and Supplier Management
The admin must be able to view, approve, block, or delete users and suppliers.

Non-functional Requirements
Security
• RNF-001 - All traffic between client and server must be encrypted using HTTPS.
• RNF-002 - Passwords must be stored in an encrypted database (bcrypt recommended).
• RNF-003 - Users must be able to recover their passwords via secure email. • RNF-004 - Role-based access control must be implemented (Client, Provider, Admin).

Performance
• RNF-005 - The system must respond to user requests in a maximum of 2 seconds in 95% of cases.
• RNF-006 - The Web App must initially support at least 500 simultaneous users (with planned scalability).

Scalability
• RNF-007 - The infrastructure must allow for vertical and horizontal scaling, using AWS managed services (AutoScaling Groups, RDS Aurora if necessary).

Usability
• RNF-008 - The interface must be responsive (adapting to mobile, tablet, and desktop).
• RNF-009 - An intuitive design should be prioritized, following modern UX guidelines. Availability
• RNF-010 - The platform must have a target availability of 99.5% monthly.

Maintainability

• PostgreSQL (relational, ideal for managing users, suppliers, services, and budgets).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful launch of a production-ready platform, automated provider evaluation and ranking, reduced manual sourcing and negotiation effort, and a scalable architecture capable of supporting multiple clients, providers, and transactions.

The project management was excellent. The deliverables always arrived on time and in the proper manner, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the process. In addition, the communication was clear and easy to understand, which made each stage of the work much smoother. They perfectly understood my needs and translated them into the platform with precision, meeting my expectations and even exceeding them. I am very satisfied with the final result.

What impressed me the most about this company was their ability to understand my needs from the very beginning and turn them into a clear and functional solution. That combination of efficiency, clear communication, and high-quality results is what truly sets them apart.

Overall, the experience was very satisfactory and the final result met my expectations. Communication was clear and effective, so any adjustments were resolved quickly. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the work carried out.
