I’m the CEO of a retail company.

I needed help setting up an Amazon store.

The store sells miscellaneous items and it’s up to Amazon automation. They maintain the store and make sure everything is shipped.

I work with one account manager. I also know of other workers in the warehouse.

I found them through an Amazon course I took. It intrigued me and decided to get involved.

How much have you invested with them?

I paid them $55,750. Every month after, I pay them 30% of the profits.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They provide a lot of information about products being delivered on Amazon. It took a while for things to get started since the shipping was delayed.

How did AMZ Automation & THATLifestyleNinja perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive and supportive throughout the project, and they have live Q&A’s to learn more about the process. We communicate via email and text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very transparent in explaining what they’re going to do. They’re also very good at selling things on Amazon. I trust that they’ll take care of any issues that arise.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, their communication is very good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to go for it. There’s not a lot you have to do on your end. It’s just incredible.
