She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, has great insight into what looks good and is durable for our rental property, and made suggestions for improvement that had 'WOW' impact on design. She took care of some many items for us: ordering mattresses, getting the windows measured and priced for widow treatments, meeting with electricians to place light fixtures, placing towel bars, ordering furniture and light fixtures.
