How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had a project manager that had an affiliation with a different Company (Creative Writers Hub). Allegedly, I had a supervisor working on the project, but they only interacted with me to provide me conflicting information.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results were abyssmal. The chapters were poorly written, and did not follow the agreed upon outline. When this was contested, the project manager would not adjust. Only 5 drafts of 5 chapters were submitted to review. No marketing was done. One online article had to be completely rewritten because it was factually inaccurate. Article was supposed to be published on Yahoo Articles, but was only published on Yahoo India.

Website development never made it past the first draft of design. Further payment was expected to continue with the website

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were hidden costs, and communication was not direct. Attempts to communicate via email from me were met with stonewalling and only desiring to communicate via phone. Every time client asked them a question, it was deflected and client was entrapped to pay more money to access services that were already paid for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found nothing impressive about their company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are frauds and should be held accountable. They should do what they advertise.

I paid $2499 to begin a marketing campaign. They guaranteed selling 1000 books in 6 months. But after the first few phone calls with Frank, A senior strategist, he was so inappropriate and unprofessional, I asked for an immediate refund. Their contract guarantees 100% refund if not satisfied. I was dissatisfied the first day. They have been refusing to refund my money for no work done!

Their sales pitch by Ben was strong.

I spoke to Amanda who said that Ben and Frank and Brian, all the people I dealt with no longer work for the company! This all sounds like BS to me.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Ben from sales, Frank from Strategy, now James Wright from Finance. He told me yesterday they “need 30-35 more days for compliance to refund” me my money…yet they brag about $100,000’s of revenue each month. I think they are a Scam. I am suing them in small claims court unless they return my money. I paid them on 1/13/2022! They still need another 30 days. They didn't even have the records of my complaints. This is not a reputable company!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

None to share…no work done for me.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Couldn’t tell, they are all full of bluster and nothing concrete. They have been good at lying to me and withholding my money for no work done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are an empty nest…nothing going on except taking your money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should get off the internet so no one else gets sucked in. If they refunded my money, I’d erase my negative reviews.
