America's Best Apparel has been locally owned & operated since 1986 here in West Des Moines, Iowa. We started as Champ's Choice in Valley West Mall when it was literally in the midst of cornfields. Champ's Choice was a retail store where we screenprinted select designs as the customer waited.
As Champ's continued to grow, we had an opportunity to sell our designs which ultimately launched our wholesale business, which at it's inception was named Heartland Printed Apparel. Over the next few years, we moved away from retail & concentrated our efforts on the preprint line, gaining attention across the nation in a variety of different markets.
