We hired Ambit Logic LLC to move our website off WordPress after dealing with repeated security issues and rebuild it on a more secure, modern platform. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before the migration, our website was hacked and experienced two outages in February, including one caused by malicious traffic that overwhelmed the site. Since Ambit Logic LLC rebuilt and transferred the site, it has remained stable. Cloudflare has been proactively blocking harmful traffic before it reaches the server. In the last 30 days, the site handled 218,930 requests, with 1,418 malicious requests blocked or challenged. For us, the biggest measurable outcome has been the improvement in security, uptime, and reliability.Our business still comes primarily from word of mouth, so the new website hasn’t been our main source of leads. We had already booked much of our winter work before the new site launched, so it’s still a little early to measure a major change in inquiries. That said, the new site gives us a much stronger, more professional online presence and does a better job of explaining our services to potential customers.One clear sign of the website’s impact was that a customer reported the first outage because the down site made him question whether the business was legitimate. He still contacted us after checking our Google reviews and hearing about us through referrals, which highlighted how important a stable and professional website is for customer confidence.We’ve only tracked limited analytics so far, including an average active session time of about 30 seconds and 60 new users in the last 30 days. Our business still comes mainly from referrals and word of mouth, so those numbers are only part of the picture. What matters most to us is improving trust and reliability, especially after a customer previously questioned whether the business was legitimate when the old site was down.

The new site loads much faster than our old one, which makes it easier for families to browse programs and complete the contact form without friction. Since the launch, we’ve seen a 50% increase in overall traffic, more visitors arriving from search thanks to better indexing and clearer tutoring-focused content, and a higher volume of completed inquiry forms and signups, especially around exam season.With analytics and event tracking in place, we can clearly see growth in organic sessions, stronger engagement on key pages, and improved lead conversion compared to our previous website. Our tutoring services are now showing up on Google's first page, something that simply wasn't happening before.
