We become the legal employer in Croatia or Serbia, holding the employment contract and handling payroll, taxes, contributions and compliance. You keep full control over the employee's daily work, tasks, goals and performance, exactly as with any member of your team.

For EU nationals, we can complete registration within 48 hours once all documents are collected. For non-EU nationals, the timeline depends on the work and residence permit process, which we support from start to finish.

You pay the employee's total employment cost (gross salary plus employer contributions) and our fixed monthly EOR fee. Everything is invoiced transparently in one monthly invoice, with no hidden charges.

No. That's the core benefit of EOR. You can hire and employ talent fully compliantly without registering an entity, opening a branch or dealing with local administration.

We manage the entire offboarding in line with local labour law, including notice periods, final payroll and deregistration. We advise you upfront on the correct procedure so the process stays compliant and the risk of disputes stays low.
