Well I needed the perfect publishers to proof read and edit my book quickly so I could launch it as per planned.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Amazon Expert Publishers provided me with author services for my first published book. Services included: editing, formatting, illustration and publishing. I've had terrible experience with other companies when publishing my last two books however amazon expert publishers are a relief. 

Ultimately, I discovered that a successful outcome would heavily rely on my staying fully engaged, taking personal ownership of "quality assurance" in methodically checking and approving proposed revisions coming from the writer/editor and the graphic artist. I highly recommend that any new author that engages these types of services needs to be prepared to stay fully engaged with their point of contact throughout the entire process, otherwise you might be disappointed with your outcome.

That said, I was supported by Sophia and he patiently worked with me thru the entire process. As a result, my book was successfully published in paperback and Kindle. I view it as a high-quality final product.
