I was not to worry about anything. I required a hands off service because I had a lot of things to attend to I had to focus on 3 things. I had to have a good base the whole TikTok Shop needed to be best set up, branded and within the policies. The process of identifying and researching winning products needed to be built in and automated into the service. They did all the supply chain and imported their products directly to my store. They professionally prepared winning titles and important description of keys of my store. It was the real automation component. The system was configured to automatically receive any order placed on my TikTok Shop in order to activate the order fulfillment pipeline. Once this was established, I did not have to input any order information print labels or contact any suppliers. The big objectives here was to offer a smooth and hands off fulfillment experience on each sale. To ensure that the reputation of the store was not compromised the system was installed to support the simple customer questions and complaints associated with the orders and shipping. This played a major role in saving the measures of my store and having a positive customer experience with none of my intervention. Continued Optimization and Maintenance. This was not a one time setup active tracking of the performance of the store updating products listings and keeping the entire automated system giltch free were also within the scope. In terms of the important deliverables it included the fully branded and operational TikTok Shop a constantly editable catalog of products a fully automated order to fulfillment system and fully automated operational support.

The project helped to identify that TikTok Shop is a strong sales channel to my business. In retrospect the best point that I can make is that it was not the first sales, but the evidence that the whole sales funnel discovering a product to fulfilling it through automated machine work. is a smooth sail this provided me with the information and the trust to invest fully on the platform.

Their team had an advantage of smooth execution of their work the automated store and fulfillment system served as the key deliverables and not only were done on time. they served their purpose. The communication was straight forward and solution oriented which is refreshing. I needed the real set and forget type and the no nonsense model with interest in its results is what I needed.

The most distinctive thing that I observed was their one-stop solution. They did not simply provide them with a tool or a course they provided them with full partnership their running of the entire ecosystem of product sourcing TikTok Shop compliance fulfillment and customer service did so as one unit. I did not need to worry about the logistical nightmare of coordination of dissimilar services since they did it.

The whole project was well controlled and the outcomes were even betten than I had expected. I do not complain and cannot think of the way they could have acted differently.

Amazon Automations did it all the way to the foundation. They have created my Shopify store stocked it with inventory they had done research on Amazon and then installed their software to work on autopilot. Today, once a customer orders something an automatic purchase takes place at Amaon and the item is shipped at the customer and my profit margins are locked in. Their primary product was an entire hands off business which I only have to watch rather than operate on a daily basis.

The most quantifiable effect has been the steady flow of revenue with the least day to day activity on my part. The store is currently achieving weekly sales that are yielding a net profit which has essentially generated a new source of automatic income. More important than the revenue is the fact that it provides me with more time I normally spend less than an hour a week checking in on things rather than manually attending to each individual task.

Dynamic pricing real time inventory syncing and automatic product uploads were the main services they provided. Additionally they set up the shipping and order fulfillment procedures and provided me with some reliable analytics to monitor success.
