I'm absolutely amazed by Amazon's swift delivery of all our equipment! Despite ordering a large quantity of items, everything arrived right on schedule.

I am in IT department in kb advertisements. I am a manager over there from past 2 years

For what projects/services did your company hire Amazon?

Our website was created 10 years ago and it has become outdated . Our company didn't have the required professionals to maintain or make a new site . So that's why we have hired the services of Amazon professionals for making our recent and unique web design.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for web designers in our area using upwork and fiver . After reviewing 4 proposals we selected this because of its reasonable price, industry experience and personable team.

After a series of meetings to discuss our goals we recieved 3 initial designs for the main page of our site . One we choose a theme , they finalised the design and provided feedback through In Vision. This allow us to show that how we wanted the design to be. The vendor came back to us with other pages design, including an updated contact us form

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total we work with 4 people, a project manager, two designers and one qa department representative for the final phase

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very thorough. Our developers were able to implement their design easily and it was very user friendly. Our site traffic has increased by 80% and we have continued to hear positive feedbacks and comments from visitors

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate and provides us with the regular updates. We had both in person meetings and phone calls , but most of the feedback was through slack . Everything was on time and we recieved ample warning if a deadline was don't going to be met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the fact that they had soo much knowledge about the web design, user experience and optimisation. We appreciated that they were patient and thought while we came up to speed. We have worked with other agencies in the past but this particularly the best experience .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could always be done faster but quality is always preferable over the speed and we ended up with a beautiful product.
