Amarkai Group is a London learning and development consultancy specialising in speaking confidence. We work with organisations whose people have the expertise but hold back: the professionals who stay quiet in meetings, avoid presenting to senior stakeholders or step away from visible opportunities.
Most communication training teaches technique. We start underneath it, with what someone believes will happen if they speak. That order is why the change holds after the training ends.
We deliver keynotes, workshops, practice clinics, cohort programmes and one-to-one coaching, virtually or in person. Everything is measured through our Speaking Confidence Index, tracked at six points including 30, 60 and 90 days after delivery, so clients see what actually changed rather than how people felt on the day.
We work with leadership programmes, talent cohorts, employee networks and teams where the same few voices do all the talking. Clients include Network Rail, Google, MS Amlin, APMG and Asset Finance Connect.
