Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Alycom to redo our website to ensure our content was SEO optimized. We wanted to ensure the website was designed to attract more site traffic and to ultimately generate more leads. What happened was that by eliminating most of our content to the bare minimum, and redesigning our site, our site traffic was cut in half. 
What Dilshad did well was design a fast site. What she failed miserably at was literally everything else. We got maybe 1 lead during the time we worked with her. She treated us as if we were working for her rather than the other way around. She cut us off from having any access to our own site and made it difficult for us to work with her as she took no input. Weirdest business relationship I have ever had with anyone in my 40 years working.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Only success was that she built a very fast website.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Little was delivered on time. There was always an excuse as to why they needed more time to deliver their work. Was supposed to write 2 blog posts/mo or make two revisions to the site per month. By pushing each deliverable, the months became fuzzy math.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing other than we find it amazing that she can treat clients like we were treated and remain in business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alycom Business Solutions could have done differently?

Remember who the client is and who owns the business. Set an agenda for each meeting and review what worked for last month and what we are changing for this month. We tried to get her to work this way but she resisted any accountability.
