- The foundry is equipped with a Hot-Top vertical casting system with subsequent homogenization of pillar ingots, which provides them with the optimal structure of aluminum alloys for extrusion.
- The modern press line of Breda Daniell makes it possible to produce aluminum profiles with minimum tolerances and minimum thickness, with specified mechanical properties and high surface quality.
- The workshop of protective coatings is equipped with two horizontal Otefal powder spraying lines , with a line for chemical preparation of profile surfaces. The protective coatings shop is also equipped with an Italtecno profile anodizing line.
