Altorise was hired as a digital marketing agency to grow the brand and increase the impact of the project, over the years, the scope was grown to cover more areas of marketing and brand growth. Key areas of focus were- 

• Brand Strategy 
• Marketing growth for all key social media channels 
• Media Buying and Planning for existing and new brand channels 
• Design , development and maintenance of key websites and portals 
• Technology consulting to improve effectiveness and impact of existing technology investments. 
• Initialize and grow email marketing for the brand. 
• Improve the quality of candidates for the fellowship YoY. 
• Explore and recommend new initiatives and innovations across overall marketing. 
• Increase collaboration with existing fellows, NGO’s , Partners, and alumni. 
• Improve impact measurement for the program and increase overall growth and reach.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a significant improvement in results from the start, and over time the support and inputs from the Altorise team helped consistently iprove ROAS and overall marketing impact. Some key results included: 

1. 180% improvement in qualified applicants 
2. Social Media growth and engagement rates grew by 200% MoM. 
3. Ideal profiles reached globally crossed 5M+ during the campaign period. 
4. CPC and Cost per lead reduced by 700% 
5. Support innovations reduced tickets by 4000/day to only 15/day 
6. Email list grew from 15000 to over 350,000 over time. 
7. Real-time lead tracking and attribution with custom -built marketing dashboards.

The Altorise team insisted on using their project management tools and processes from day 1. Over time these tools demonstrated their value by ensuring high quality items were always delivered on time, while also allowing easy collaboration with various stakeholders. These tools like basecamp, Notion, Slack and others ensure access to the whole team and helped us get timely inputs on various areas.

They are also innovative and have deep technology expertise that has helped in improving how technology is used in the innovation and growth of the brand. 
Dhiren’s vast technical knowledge has helped guide even other partners on delivering results and meeting objectives. As they’re a boutique team, their ability to deliver value and hands-on insights is very valuable. However, as a small team of experts, their focus seems to remain on supporting passionate teams - which could change if they grew their team size.
