I'm the CEO of a hygiene and safety consulting company specializing in evacuation plans.

What challenge were you trying to address with ALTO SEO?

We wanted to increase our customer base by complementing our ad strategy with organic SEO. We had previously worked with another SEO agency but didn't see any improvement in our sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ALTO SEO has redesigned our website, optimized our Google Maps profile, and implemented SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings. The team has also made changes to our contact buttons and website content. We are still working with them as we expand our services beyond evacuation plans.

We work with a project manager, a web designer, and a content specialist.

How did you come to work with ALTO SEO?

I found them through a Google search for a well-positioned SEO agency. I chose ALTO SEO because they talked about profitability, ROI, and business opportunities from the beginning, while other agencies only talked about visibility, impressions, and clicks.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $950 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within two months of working with ALTO SEO, we saw an increase in inquiries, and after four months, we had the same volume of inquiries as we did with Google Ads. Now, we receive around 100 inquiries per month, and it's more profitable than Ads, which costs around $15 per inquiry. ALTO SEO's reports include the number of inquiries generated by SEO, so I can calculate the ROI by dividing what I pay monthly for SEO by the number of inquiries generated by that channel.

How did ALTO SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

ALTO SEO always delivers on time, and most of the time, they deliver before the agreed deadline or achieve the objectives ahead of schedule. The team is always looking for ways to improve their work and advises us on other aspects of marketing, such as CRM, email marketing, and remarketing.

Initially, we communicated a lot through WhatsApp and Google Meet, but as the project progressed, we switched to email and monthly meetings on Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate working with professionals who take the time to understand my business and find ways to generate more revenue. ALTO SEO doesn't see SEO as an end in itself but as a means to generate profits for their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the beginning of the project, we were overwhelmed with the extra workload. Although ALTO SEO explained this to us before hiring them, we were used to other agencies that didn't take the time to understand our potential clients and our business. However, this was more of an issue on our end than theirs.
