I’m a real estate investor. I own multiple retail centers, warehouses, and apartment buildings. I’ve been in business for over 30 years.

I needed help leasing properties.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They lease one warehouse in particular. They go out, find a tenant, and negotiate the lease. Recently, they just signed a renewal for me.

I work with Jeff (Principal).

I’ve known Jeff for 5–6 years, professionally. I met him at a previous company.

How much have you invested with them?

Over the years, we’ve spent $70,000–$80,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

This lease renewal project began in October 2020 and we wrapped up in December 2020.

Jeff is great and I’d hire him for anything.
