I lead the PR and Communications functions for an ecommerce retailer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Altitude, and what were your goals?

Our business had grown at a rapid rate over the previous few years without utilising much PR activity, we wanted to begin that journey and Altitude were the right team for the job!

The team filled me with confidence immediately. I had crossed paths with them professionally before and had always been impressed with their forward thinking approach to PR.

We spent time initially discussing what our goals were, what we wanted to convey and to who, and how we could build on strong foundations to grow our brand, knowledge, successes and reputation to a wider audience.

I work directly with all members of the team from Executive, to PR Director.

We've achieved some high profile coverage in several publications, regularly seeing our releases in local, regional and national press. Altitude have secured bespoke features for us and helped us to win both industry based and regional business awards.
