We have created a health platform combining web and app services, under a very complex scenario, enabling my company to ease and extend services to employees in companies settled in the 10 largest cities in México but also in communities far away. For that to happen, our platform has had to upfront several technological challenges and quite long plug in / add on processes with a lot vendors, institutions, etc..

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Alstra has provided a well rounded set of Talent Acquisition schemes, through a very detailed and client service orientation and an easy to talent market platform, enabling a diverse group of key players within different tech specialties, such as front, back, data and IT management. The best I could I´ve ever done... working with Alstra has been with a close strategic partner but most importantly with a closer time to project approach.

They are always there, asking as many questions and requesting as much information as needed to understand my needs. Secondly, ensuring there good enough resources behind the scene to get it done. Always thinking of what´s next or what challenges I might be facing to get things done. They have become my eyes over the Tech market.
