What specific goals or objectives did you hire Alpha Dezine to accomplish for your advertising and marketing efforts?

We needed to update our product management system to feed real-time information to our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alpha Dezine has been responsible for all elements of our product management system update. This has been a significant project that has involved understanding eight different product lines to create a comprehensive database. This database allows us to manage all the product variables, such as setup costs, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), decorating techniques, delivery terms, product descriptions, images, and sale or clearance status. This data then automatically feeds into our website, which gives our customers up-to-date information in real time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website has become live and functional, and Alpha Dezine continues to add advanced features. Our website activity has doubled since we went live. The new system has helped us generate far more marketing activity because all of the marketing assets are maintained in one location. Updating is faster, and we no longer need to maintain spreadsheets. Our inquiries have increased by 30%–40%, and our sales growth is gaining noticeable momentum. It’s also far easier to train new salespeople with our new website. Additionally, our quotes are faster and more accurate.

How did Alpha Dezine perform from a project management standpoint?

Alpha Dezine’s team is remarkable; nothing seems to phase them. Somehow, they’re able to estimate how long a project will take, and they deliver on time. They don’t overpromise and underdeliver. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

Alpha Dezine has implemented new sales dashboards to control the order flow and link them to new financial software. The team has also used product databases to produce a new website in real-time and used the databases and APIs to link to industry sites in real-time. Moreover, Alpha Dezine is integrating the shipping functions to link sales, production, and shipping in an easy automated process.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen daily results in using the dashboards and inventory system and the daily use of the website. We’re moving towards retiring existing software and moving to a new system 100%. In the beta process, we’re still running two systems, but the new system makes it easier to track information, orders, and virtuals for the customer. Updating information is much simpler, and product information is in real-time to adjust the website, so marketing is made easier and quicker.Moreover, our team members find uploading orders easier and quicker than the old system. Customers like our new website and having all brands in one location. Updating product management is much easier, which updates the website with ease.

Alpha Dezine is very organized. We have weekly or biweekly calls to ensure updates on how the project is moving along and if there are any delays.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The scope of work for the priMed Endo project involved the design, development, and implementation of a highly customized medical product website focused on usability, scalability, and product organization. Key deliverables included: 1. Custom Website Design & UI/UX Development of a modern, professional website experience tailored to the medical and dental industry, including custom layouts, navigation systems, and responsive user interfaces. 2. Advanced Product Filtering System Implementation of a dynamic product filtering system allowing users to quickly locate products based on specific technical parameters such as channel size, working length, and diameter ranges. 3. Dynamic Product & Catalog Management Creation of a scalable backend structure enabling the client to manage categories, subcategories, PDFs, videos, and product information efficiently while allowing content updates and restructuring on the fly. 4. Media & Visual Integration Integration of high resolution product photography, educational assets, technical documentation, and product videos to support both customer experience and product education. 5.   The improved digital presence and professional product platform helped elevate the company’s visibility within the industry. The client shared that organizations such as SpaceX had reached out to inquire about their products, demonstrating increased exposure and credibility resulting from the project. The quality of service and deliverables from Alpha Dezine has been excellent. Their team consistently delivered professional, well thought out solutions with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of both the technical and business goals behind each project.  What impressed me most was their ability to take complex ideas and turn them into polished, functional systems while maintaining a high standard of communication and collaboration throughout the process. The work delivered was scalable, user friendly, and aligned closely with the original vision and objectives.

Deliverables were generally completed on schedule, and when timelines adjusted due to project scope changes or added functionality, the team remained transparent and solution focused. Alpha Dezine was very responsive and committed throughout the projects. What I found most impressive about Alpha Dezine was their ability to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking. They do not simply execute tasks. They take the time to understand the bigger picture, contribute ideas, and help shape better solutions throughout the project. Their collaborative approach, responsiveness, and ability to adapt to complex requirements made them feel more like a long term partner than an outsourced development team. They were also highly effective at translating creative and UI/UX concepts into practical, scalable systems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alpha Dezine could have done differently?

As with most complex custom development projects, clearer upfront timeline forecasting during evolving phases could sometimes help with planning expectations. That said, the team remained communicative, flexible, and highly responsive throughout the process, always focused on finding practical solutions and keeping the project moving forward. I would absolutely refer Alpha Dezine to others. My experience working with them has been extremely positive, both professionally and personally.
