What challenge were you trying to address with ALOHUB?

We needed help with our telecommunications needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ALOHUB has built a carrier-grade VoIP platform that interconnects with multiple telecom carriers in Vietnam to deliver SIP trunk services for enterprises and businesses, including virtual numbers, real-time billing, dynamic call routing, and live voice monitoring. The team has also developed, implemented, and operated the platform.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 10 teammates from ALOHUB.

How did you come to work with ALOHUB?

Someone referred ALOHUB to us. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ALOHUB has built a high-performance voice platform that powers AI-driven CPaaS and an AI contact center on carrier-grade infrastructure, backed by expert support businesses across Vietnam that we can trust at scale. Since working with ALOHUB, our system's performance has improved. For example, we can now handle 600,000 minutes per day, whereas we could only handle 200,000 minutes per day before.

How did ALOHUB perform from a project management standpoint?

ALOHUB receives our requests, commits to the timeline, and delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ALOHUB is a strong VoIP-focused company with a team of experienced experts who have spent many years working in the Vietnamese VoIP market. They are ready to support our company from the very beginning, offering cost-effective solutions and practical expertise. ALOHUB is a trusted partner committed to long-term collaboration and sustainable growth. Overall, they're reliable, trustworthy, confident, and cooperative.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could continue to adapt to the various needs of our customers, who use a ton of different call center vendors.
