To that end, we have built a continually expanding base of knowledge and skill in the craft of welding the most challenging and cutting-edge metal alloys. 

Background

Alloy Metalworks was founded in 2020 to serve Geotechnical and Environmental exploration drilling companies. Since then, Alloy has expanded to focus on innovative and impactful industries that require certified welding on specialty metals. Our core competency is technical expertise in welding alloy metals, which we apply across a diverse range of industries that demand this skillset.

An Alloy is defined as a “metallic substance composed of two or more elements, as either a compound or solution” (Encyclopaedia Brittanica, 2022). In modern and innovative industries, alloys and specialty metals have been developed and used for their improved chemical and mechanical properties over traditional materials. When welding alloys, special procedures and techniques are required in order to perform strong, effective welds without damaging the inherent special properties of the alloy. This is what differentiates welding specialty metals and alloys from the work performed in most welding shops. It inherently requires a more technical and precise approach. This is Alloy Metalworks fundamental skillset.
