Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of a design and development agency from Hamburg. We develop high quality apps, e-commerce applications & web-based custom solutions with a passion for user-centric design.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire alley events?

We hired alley events to let them organize, implement and accompany our company trip to Denmark.

What were your goals for this project?

First and foremost, our aim was to give our employees the time away from our offices, weld more together during several team building activities and to get to know each other even better. Secondly the goal was to work on projects we do not find time for during our daily business. So doing workshops together and working effectively as a team on one project.

SOLUTION

How did you select alley events?

We chose alley events through recommendations.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Alley Events were responsible for the whole trip from beginning until end. We had a meeting where we discussed our goals for this company trip and they made it happen. They did all the work regarding where to go to, booking our accommodation and transportation, regular budget controlling, get everything we need for our trip from different suppliers, supporting us through social media, accompanying us on the trip and the post-processing.

What was the team composition?

We had two project manager, who were responsible for our trip.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We did an employer survey afterwards and the results were to our complete satisfaction. Every single employee gave positive feedback, loved the organization and everything within it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between our team members and theirs was faultless. We could just hand over everything and didn't have to worry about a thing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It did not feel like we booked a service. We wanted a team building event and it felt like they were part of the team. I for myself can't let go easily and have to check processes twice. When giving this project to alley events, seeing how they organized and completely met my expectations, made me let go. And that felt pretty amazing.
