Competing in the AI World was easier than we ever imagined!

Three years ago, when we considered starting a technology company inside our call center, I asked myself and my team one basic question.  Could we build better AI Voice and Chat products and services than companies spending hundreds of millions of dollars?

We looked at all the big companies increasing their spend month after month and we examined the leap frogging of new technological milestones that were announced every month (now every day).

  We listed a few of our areas of expertise and when combining them together a light bulb went on:

I had 30 years of direct to Consumer experience

I have owned call centers for the last 17 years.

We started our call center on the fundamental issue that training in call centers was an area of opportunity especially in the vertical of direct to consumer marketing. 

We understood that training Agentic Ai agents was exactly the same as training people. 

We understood that the old technology model of having your customers do your QA work for you was not possible with AI.  There had to be a collaboration period and a longer term commitment to creating a continuous improvement in the results direct to consumer marketers expect. And it had to be different for each client.

We understood that having a technology model that could be outdated in months was not a feasible or scalable possibility. So we designed a hybrid open and closed source system that would allow us to use and adapt to technological developments giving our clients the latest and best technology with better pricing as technology became more available and less expensive.
