We communicated with only one person, but I assume there were more people assigned to the project.

We needed a UI/UX designer to join our team. We were looking for a person who is a strong culture fit and has soft and hard skills + experience in the industry. We wanted to spend as little time in the recruitment process as possible and fill the position quickly with the right person. In the process we wanted to delegate the search for the potential candidates, pre-screening and holding the initial interview, communicating and getting the test task results. We then checked the test task and conducted one final interview with candidates who matched the requirements.

We have a great designer on board.

Their communication and management were great. We got access to their platform to review matching profiles fast and were emailed with the new test tasks coming in. The process was transparent, quick, and just amazing to navigate.
