• We set a goal to launch a beta version of our software by a set date and with the help of All-In Consulting’s support, we were able to deploy a fully functional version of our SaaS on schedule and within budget. This was critical for us to begin entering into live warehouse locations, gaining valuable feedback and ensuring customer retention. 

Platform Stability and Scalability: 

• A critical goal was achieving a system uptime to allow our initial users to fully experience the SaaS even while in beta, while the team continued laying the groundwork for scalable growth. All-In Consulting not only delivered on technical performance but also future-proofed our software, making it possible to seamlessly transfer our SaaS from .dev into .prod without experiencing any significant fallout issues. While there are always errors that occur in developing user-based software, All-In Consulting consistently met these unpredictable errors with incredible speed, providing and implementing real solutions that allowed us to build the framework from which we were able to communicate a trustworthy and attentive environment for our customers, ensuring long-term expansion of our SaaS was possible without jeopardizing our customers trust. At the outset, project management was a learning curve on both sides, which we expected given that it was our first time navigating the software development world, and All-In Consulting was learning the intricacies of our niche industry. Taking the time to learn about our world and while making sure we were able to understand and remain informed about theirs. This mutual learning phase laid the foundation to what I believe was the most critical and valuable partnership that enabled both parties to experience a smooth and stress-free partnership throughout development. Creating a foundation for a really strong, collaborative workflow. Their communication, patience, and transparency allowed us to build a kind of shared language thereby enabling a single cohesive vision of our SaaS to evolve. One of the many things I have found most impressive while working with All-In Consulting has been their fast response time to the unpredictable issues we encounter within the industry our software services. Their ability to adapt, address, and resolve issues quickly and effectively on the backend has been amazing. Additionally, the team invested time and effort analyzing edge cases to better predict, locate, and account for possible issues that could arise in the future—yet another example of how All-In Consulting genuinely cares about the success of the projects they take on. As I have learned throughout this partnership in software development, things are going to inevitably break, there are always edge cases and errors you cannot account for. However, All-In Consulting’s reliability under pressure, along with their genuine desire to help create a successful end result for you and your customers is what gave us total confidence in their work throughout every stage of the process.

Eager to Improve

In truth, there was only one area of confusion during the start of development process wherein we realized, due to the scope of the project, we were in need of developing the backend and the UI frontend simultaneously. I believe this was the only point in the project where we experienced minor stalling. As visual thinkers, my partner and I needed more visual guidance to better understand the project’s progress and determine exactly how we wanted the final product to look. That would be the only aspect I would consider for an area of improvement. After addressing this issue with the team, All-In Consulting took our feedback seriously and quickly responded to ensure our concerns were addressed and resolved to our satisfaction.

We were able to deploy and manage a complex multi-cloud account data pipeline for an important customer. They were able to measure usage pertaining to their SaaS in a 3rd party account, filter out usage that wasn't relevant and then invoice their customers based on that usage.

They we're very timely and completed most tasks ahead of schedule with minimal intervention needed. It was always very clear about what work needed to be done and the communication with consultants was very easy and efficient.

We worked with Michael and one other engineer, their ability to seamlessly get immersed in the team and the project without any real hand holding was very impressive. Their Kubernetes and Cloud knowledge was a huge boon for us during the development of the application.

I'm the IT and creative director of a geopolitical research firm. We forecast financial and geopolitical markets based on real-world events.

We needed a reliable partner to help us build a platform allowing us to ingest all our content.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

All-In Consulting has developed and designed an AI platform that could query our content. The team took our content, PDFs, and websites and put them into a database. Clients can now go in and query it like ChatGPT. The team has built a virtual analyst for us.

All-In Consulting gave us a checklist of what we needed to make this project successful. The team met with our leadership several times to get specifics on a few things: the impact we wanted, the platform's purpose, our objectives, and our target for ROI. All-In Consulting helped develop the platform and bring up the benefits of having the platform.

The team has done the platform development and design work based on an existing template. The product was embedded in a dashboard I had built and designed. All-In Consulting's designer took my work and implemented it into the product. The team has done an excellent job of sticking with the brand guidelines and template provided.

All-In Consulting has used several technologies, including Java, Python, React.js, and AWS. They've set up the infrastructure to host the platform. All-In Consulting has also built add-ons that we need and created our LLM. The team has also given us training on AWS so we can host our platform.

All-In Consulting is building an analytics dashboard for us using Power BI. The team takes all the data that our clients and customers enter into the chatbot and pushes those metrics to the analytics engine. The team is taking the data from another client portal and giving us a complete snapshot of user behavior.

We always have 3–5 people from All-In Consulting on our calls. We always have Michael, 1–2 engineers, and a designer when needed. We always have the exact teammates we require, and All-In Consulting scales depending on our needs.

All the feedback we've gotten has been positive, especially from clients using the platform. We've opened a new pipeline where client feedback goes directly to Michael and his team. All-In Consulting is currently building out the metrics for us.

We're pleasantly surprised that All-In Consulting can build the add-ons we need without using multiple companies. The team has been invaluable in the process. All-In Consulting addresses issues quickly.

All-In Consulting has stuck to the timeline, which has been extremely tight. The team is very responsive. If we have an issue, I ping Michael, and he'll get back to me within a few hours. He'll get his team on it within less than a day.

We always have the exact number of people we require for our meetings. If we need an engineer, they're there. If we need their LLM expert, they're there.

We use Google Docs and Sheets. We never have issues with it. We always get copies of the notes and project updates in a format we can easily digest. All-In Consulting communicates team-wide announcements, like features and changes, via email. Additionally, we have a one-on-one chat with Michael and a standing Friday Google Meet call.

All-In Consulting has been very patient with us. Initially, we didn't know what we wanted, but All-In Consulting does a great job explaining the platform's highly technical aspects in a language we understand. They've done a great job of describing what's going on in the backend.

All-In Consulting has prepared a strategy deck unprompted. They've shown us our different paths, and we're currently on one of them. We weren't left to fend for ourselves after they delivered what they were hired to do. All-In Consulting is reachable and responsive, essential when investing money into a technology platform.

Have a clear outline and understanding of what you want to accomplish and the objective. All-In Consulting will help you flesh it out, but to get the maximum value, know what you want going into it. It helps to have people on the call who are tech-savvy on your side; if we hadn't had some people, All-In Consulting would've helped us understand, but it would've taken us more time for explanations.
