I have a second business, so I don’t have much time to handle all my social media, content, and website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve hired Alizeh Rangoonwala as my social media manager. I send her the content and what I want to speak about, and she works on copywriting. She understands the message I want to get through and takes care of all the writing on my website. To understand the topics, she always researches before writing anything.

Alizeh (Freelance Digital Content Creator, Copywriter & Social Media Manager) has done all the work for the website from start to finish. She’s created the logo, and there’s some marketing involved. Initially, I told her what I wanted. Then, she gave me all her feedback and ideas. We went from there, and she gave me different sketches. Finally, I decided which one I wanted.

Also, she manages my Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. If I don’t have time that week, I just let her know, and Alizeh responds to the customer service and comments for me. Additionally, she writes content so I can make videos.

I found her online. She started working on the website; then I decided to hire her because she understood what I was looking for.

I’ve definitely picked up more business and got more followers.

Her project management has been excellent. We communicate via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

She’s honest — she has all my passwords, so that’s a plus. Moreover, she does what she says. Alizeh always delivers on time and gets what I want. I can send her information or a topic, and she takes it from there. She’s highly creative.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything. She’s done everything just how I’ve wanted it.

Go ahead and trust her. She’d help anybody improve their business.

I selected Alizeh because she was in my price range and had good reviews from previous projects.

The project was a 5 page Website where I can sell my training services , meal plans, and merchandise. We discussed everything that would go on the website, picked out the design, and then finally input all of the content.

I made 2 sales of my merchandise and received great feedback on my website.

Definitely the knowledge that she has about web design, and her ability to find a solution to every obstacle we faced along the way.
