Alcotec - Aluminium Coil Technology

Since it was founded in 2013, Alcotec Aluminum Coil Technology GmbH has developed into one of the most efficient specialists for the production of innovative conductor material (VEOX) and precision transformer strips. At the Ennepetal site, we manufacture VEOX coils from anodised aluminum strips (VEOX conductor material) and transformer strips made from aluminum and copper in accordance with the strictest quality requirements of the industry.
 

Precision is our claim. We produce slit strips down to a width of just 3 millimeters and offer a thickness range from 0.03 to 3.0 millimeters. Due to the lower weight and the high-temperature resistance, strips made of anodized aluminum are increasingly being used, for example for motors, throttles, or lifting magnets, which we manufacture on our anodizing systems specially developed for this application. In our coil construction, we use this to produce VEOX magnetic coils for a wide range of applications on different tape winding systems.
