I'm Owner, CEO for Smart Line Technologies, a leading low current supplier and SI, with great technical academy inside.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fikra for business development, and what were your goals?

We create new website, with full new content and worked on online training LMS to fulfil our customer demands at this period.

How did you select Fikra for business development and what were the deciding factors?

I heard about the company from a friend who has sucked story with them, then we schedule meeting to discover the project and what can they provide us with, then we decided to go with them.

We had the first meeting after signing the project to set the milestone of the project, then they create the design and work on the LMS content and UI, UX. After confirming the contents and the total all design we launch it officially.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They dictate 2 developers, one coordinator, one UI, UX and one partially designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we got great feedback at the beginning of launching the project.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They had great communication and follow up skills with respecting the time and the appointments. Usually we used Slack and team view for daily communication

We don't have the experience to give that advice but in general they are excellent.
