Al Wataniya for Accounting & Tax Services — Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. was established in Abu Dhabi at the close of 2017 and began serving clients in early 2018, in the first weeks of the UAE tax era. Since then, the Firm has advised businesses through every stage of that journey: the introduction of VAT and Excise Tax, the arrival of Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing, and each amendment in between.

The Firm operates in association with Global for Tax & Consultant Co., founded in Amman in 2005, combining two decades of regional practice with close, on-the-ground knowledge of UAE legislation and of how the Federal Tax Authority actually works.

Over nearly a decade Al Wataniya has served clients across the full spectrum of the market — early-stage startups, family businesses, established SMEs and corporate groups — in healthcare, food and beverage, livestock, trading and retail, equipment supply, facilities services and biotechnology research.

Al Wataniya is deliberately a small firm. Clients do not buy a process from us; they work with a named senior professional who owns their file and stays with it year after year.
