What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The engagement resulted in a working AI-powered solution that automated key parts of the K2 annual report review process. Internal testing showed reduced manual effort, faster document processing, and more consistent validation. Early stakeholder feedback was positive, highlighting the solution's potential to save several hours of work during annual reporting.

We needed help designing and developing our B2B hiring platform. Our goal was to create a scalable, modern, and user-friendly marketplace that connects businesses with veterinary professionals and talent.

The team has handled the end-to-end development of our platform, including product architecture, UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, database design, authentication, search and matching workflows, integrations, testing, and deployment. The team has also been responsible for the initial launch and post-launch updates and maintenance.Key deliverables include a fully functional web platform, employer and candidate portals, an admin dashboard, scalable backend infrastructure, and ongoing technical guidance throughout the project.

Aktwins Software Services has delivered a stable, production-ready platform, significantly reduced manual coordination in the hiring process through workflow automation, and built a scalable foundation that allows us to onboard employers and candidates efficiently as the platform grows.For example, one of the biggest improvements has been automating candidate discovery and evaluation. Instead of manually sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, our platform enables businesses to access a pool of pre-evaluated B2B resources, use AI-driven assessments to measure skills, and leverage intelligent research matching to identify the most relevant candidates. This has significantly reduced manual effort, accelerated shortlisting, and made the hiring process more efficient and data-driven.
