Asim trained with a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors in West End of London where he obtained invaluable experience in all aspects of accounting, taxation and auditing.
The clients he directly managed ranged from start up businesses to small and medium sized enterprises including multi national corporations.
He qualified in 2006 as a Chartered Certified Accountant and continued working for the same firm of Accountants until becoming a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants - ACCA.
Having become a member of ACCA he left to work as an in-house Accountant for an independent company in West End. He was responsible to oversee all aspects of accounting and contribute to business development. Here he gained knowledge of business that proved to be invaluable when it came to advising clients.
During this time he learned what it takes to be a valuable accountant and came to understand what business owners want. He went on to establish AKJ Accountants - Passionate, Proactive and Professional Accountants in 2015 providing accountancy and tax services to businesses from start up through to private limited companies with turnover of up to £10m.
