AJF was founded in Melbourne in 2005, by three guys who thought the same and had the same initials. (What are the odds of that? Well, actually 60 million to 1.) We went on to become one of Australia’s most effective communications agencies, working with some of the country’s most iconic and powerful brands. In 2018 we joined the GrowthOps group with a management team focused on the future. With over 100 talented staff, we’re part of a new generation of thinkers and doers, dedicated to finding new ways to help our clients grow. Since 2010, AJF has been recognised for creating some of the most effective advertising campaigns in Australia, including winning a 2016 IPA Effectiveness Award in London. We’re proud that AJF is the only advertising agency in Australia to have ever won two Grand Effies.
