Our Project is a Social Networking site in which user can do group chat &campus chat and follow them. The news feed and users can do chat with classmates and share photos, videos & messages with campus groups on it.

Ajath team consists of 50+ team members. Initially, We had a word with their Sales and Marketing Director, then, later on, we discussed our detailed requirements with Business Analyst and in development duration, we are in contact with the Project Manager who is handling our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our application is getting launched next week. Currently, it's in UAT Phase and We are sure that we will get super hits from the application in the market.

We always communicate with Ajath over Basecamp which is their Communication tool and sometimes we discussed over Skype Video Chat for Meetings.

Our company provides industrial manufacturing solution where we produce millions of assets. In order track and tag assets we were looking for barcode scanning android application so that we can maintain a track of asset. We wanted to see our mobile application to replace our manual asset tracking system where we will be able to generate Barcodes using barcode generator machine and would be able scan bar code from PDAs whenever it will be required.

It was a hard decision, but we selected Ajath bases on the quality of their final proposal with top notch technologies used, their willingness to train our team to how to generate barcodes while adding repositories from our existing ERP and their lucrative discount offers which we felt was very fair.

We need to develop a mobile application to keep track of all the assets by scanning the bar code of the asset from the mobile application itself and it will show all the information of the Asset of the Emerson. Daily Reports will get displayed and the live tracking of the asset will be visible in the application.

What was the team composition?

Technical business analyst was assigned for requirement gathering where they develop blueprints or wireframes which was gray scaled. Post completion of wireframes UI/UX designs was done by designs along with clickable prototype.

After signing off we have been assigned to development team where they panned 2 weeks sprint and delivering workable product every fortnight. We were so overwhelmed with their beta launch in small group where they collected feedback and done UAT. Post user acceptance we are planning to get into AMC.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After completion of development of mobile app our life was so easy which makes our process so automated which was hassle for us to consolidate the report of all assets. With mobile app and backend admin panel we are now able to generate reports of assets with 2-3 clicks on dashboards.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Overall, team was so talented and they knew what problem they are solving while developing a mobile app… They have provided us how to use manual to operate our complete mobile app which helps us to mentor our existing team as well as new team which was coming on board. They have been using basecamp which helps us to have a transparent communication among all the stakeholders.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was highly impressed with their project management methodology so called Agile methodology where we were getting updates frequently and getting it resolved asap. We needed not wait for complete software to be developed.

Whole credit goes to Mr. Manjot Singh who is the owner of the organization which has put his technical expertise in order to make our life happier. I haven’t had such a wonderful experience on any of our other app development projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was so organized that need not to change, it was so quick but we were very satisfied with the modern style of working. From sketches to database architecture to development to final application live, it was so overwhelming.

It was a long time procedure and really hard to find the best vendor for our project , and finally we selected this vendor based on the quality of their final proposal , their willingness to train our team on how to interact , and their price point which we felt was very real and genuine.

Once we selected this vendor , we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives . Within the first 2 weeks we received mockups and initial designs for the iOS and Android Apps.And after meeting with our internal team we finalised the designs for our application . Basically Ziqqi is a e-commerce based application in Somaliland in Hargesia , In this application the guest user can use the application as well but didn't able to do payment .

Initially , we were asssigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main contact throughout the application. I only spoke with the project manager if any issues or want build for application . But I was aware that there were 2 frontend developers , 1 for android and 1 for iOS and 2 backend support developers and 2 QA.

Within 3-4 months after our new application was launched , we saw over 2,000 downloads and over 4.5 star rating and known to be a most popular application in Hargesia. The designs that make users attract more . We continue to hear positive feedback on the usability , flow , and look of the app both from existing and potential customers.

The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates . Overall I was huge impressed by the timelines of the team .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown about the UI/UX designs of my application that they provided and the knowledge that this vendor have about the mobile app development , user experience and optimization . We learned much more than we thought possible , and we appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful where we come to speed . I will certainly engage with this company again for any mobile app needs that we have in the future.

Everything can always be done faster , but we were very satisfied with their work every step of the way. In the end , quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a best and beautiful product.

Very few companies are willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of their clients, but Ajath’s service stands apart, even providing offline support. Their specialized expertise, hard work, and dedication ensured that we avoided all bottlenecks.

Their testing team was not as capable as the developers. They were able to build some automated test harnesses for us, but those took longer to complete and I was less impressed with that work as compared to their developers. But it was overall a good experience.

They've designed and developed an Android app that lets users book homestays. It also has other functionalities like referrals and ratings. 
In order to avoid ambiguities, we participated in the whole design process.

Users can request homestays by entering information like check-in time, homestay type, number of guests, or number of bedrooms. Hosts can also add their rooms so that other users can book them.

Their sales and marketing head is my main point of contact. We discuss any issues that occur or new ideas that I have. I’m also in contact with a business analyst, a technical project manager, and a project coordinator. I've met all of them.

They do excellent work. They understand all our requirements and manage the execution and implementation efficiently. Right now, we're in the final phase of our user acceptance testing. The app will go live within one month.

Ajath offers total customer satisfaction, superior communication, and excellent availability. They implement all our requests in a timely manner. Since finalizing the designs, we have connected twice a week to check on their progress.

Their main mode of communication and management is Basecamp, but we also use tools like Slack, Skype, Jira, and GitHub. They share the build each week to ensure satisfaction, and they always take feedback from us to avoid confusion.

Ajath is a great company, full of IT experts who know what we need. They thoroughly understand our requirements and present them in an effective, formal UI.
