• Communication and reliability across Canada - Italy timezones
• Technical depth - not just executing tasks but understanding the product and suggesting the right approach

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sucessfully converted Xamarin Form to .Net Maui and went to production without major issues. Continued improvement on existing app. Good feedback from users.

The team was very easy to reach and communicate with. Things were delivered on time, if not sooner, most of the time. When roadblock occurs, they communicate fast to define solutions or alternatives.
