I’m the CEO of a company that distributes TeckWrap foil in Europe.

What challenge were you trying to address with AISENTIQ?

We needed help automating our invoicing, reporting, and email processes. We also needed help implementing an automated AI system that could show us our live company revenue and profit.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AISENTIQ developed an automated system with 12 Shopify e-commerce stores and Excel. They also automated invoices with the Fakturownia invoicing system, implemented Looker Studio, and automated reports on emails.

We found them through an online search and the Clutch website. We chose them because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and we had great contact with them.

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–December 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saved at least one data analyst job and one job of a person who was doing invoices. The app is currently doing over 100 invoices per day. Overall, AISENTIQ sped up our process a lot; we’re saving around 70–80 hours of work per week.

How did AISENTIQ perform from a project management standpoint?

AISENTIQ delivered everything on time. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their great contact and knowledge about system integration. We also appreciated their great project management work and advisory.
