Within hours of launching, I’ve had high LinkedIn engagement, media attention,  client bookings, and podcasts requests.

Kevin has a unique ability to listen to what a client wants, even when they aren't clear themselves and translate that into professional assets and a plan on how to market it correctly in the AI age. Are there any areas for improvement or something AiSe could have done differently?

I can’t recommend Kevin and AiSe highly enough. I went from a business idea to launching a full 'media-ready' brand that has completely reignited my passion for the work that I hadn’t positioned clearly enough. Kevin didn’t just build a beautiful, functional website with seamless online booking, he essentially branded my entire professional presence and built it from the ground up. This positions my business to be discovered with all the necessary elements, and be recommended by AI. He also facilitated a plan for growth.

 I’m the owner of Action Blinds, a window blinds and shutters company. We make, measure, and install custom solutions to fit windows perfectly.

What challenge were you trying to address with AiSe?

 We needed help improving our weekly inquiries from all sources and fighting against the diminishing returns we were getting from Google Ads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

AiSe has implemented a clear, practical set of actions to improve the overall digital footprint of my company. The team has locked and standardized our business name, address, and phone number across our website and key listings so every reference matches exactly.

AiSe has claimed and optimized our Google Business Profile, synced Bing Places, and added listings on Houzz and other relevant directories. The team has also added WhatsApp Business and linked it to our website and Google profile.

Moreover, AiSe has fixed our website’s crawlability and mobile issues, improved metadata, and updated our homepage, contact pages, and other product pages. The team has also designed and developed a full model of code specifically for AI crawlers to pull the most relevant information for Action Blinds to feed users looking for queries where we would be the perfect choice. Additionally, AiSe has built a full FAQ page and rewritten our service pages in a simple question-and-answer format so they can be used directly by AI systems.

The team has also started a practical review and conversation capture process. AiSe tallies calls, WhatsApp messages, in-store queries, and emails each week. This data is used to measure performance and supply the AI with accurate signals in time.

Finally, AiSe has set up a prompt testing and benchmarking plan so the team can periodically check how we’re referenced for core phrases. To carry out this work, AiSe has conducted interviews and a full audit to understand our needs and become subject matter experts and an extension of our team. The team has kept everything simple and repeatable. AiSe records the basic counts and stores notes so anyone can run the week-by-week report.

Moreover, AiSe has prioritized the items that have the most immediate effect on how AI and search find and use our site. The team has also trained our core team member to gather the information that will have the biggest long-term success, such as customer review training and improving and gathering photos of successful installations for Google, our website, and social media.

How did you come to work with AiSe?

I knew Kevin from his previous work in a marketing agency, and he approached me about his new business idea. I trusted him because he had always proven to be hardworking, loyal, and willing to go above and beyond.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with AiSe in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our key numbers have improved since we started working with AiSe. Our business inquiries and overall business activity are up 40%. Our organic impressions are up 35%, our website clicks are up 21%, and our brand search queries are up 67%. Moreover, the results have far exceeded our previous Google Ads budgets. Additionally, our biggest improvement has been how we’re recording our success internally. We’re now focusing on simple metrics and not getting bogged down in non-technical stuff. AiSe has given us a process for success going forward.

How did AiSe perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m happy with AiSe’s speed. The team isn’t rushed or slow; they’re thorough. We’ve communicated in person, by phone calls, and by email. AiSe sends reports through Google Drive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In tests and checks, our site is now being referenced by AI systems for phrases such as “best window blind company in Galway,” “best choice for motorized blinds,” and “blind repair business in Galway.” This was an explicit goal, and it’s now happening in practice. Before working with AiSe, our company was never listed in search results. Kevin gave us a clear blueprint, not just SEO tactics to help grow our business in the next phase.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for AiSe to improve.
