No - while the technology is strong, the account support is the worst we've ever seen

The tech is strong

Are there any areas for improvement or something Airtable could have done differently?

Account Management and Customer Support is terrible and the reason we are moving away from them. They are not proactive and provide terrible support to clients. There is no way to govern the amount of users who access your account so we continually get hit with overages. Their finance and billing is a mess - they send us invoices 6 months late saying they forgot to.
